Job Description

Mō te tūranga | About the role

This role is responsible for:

  • Supporting the Executive team through organisational and administrative support.
  • Administrative tasks and facility coordination.

Desired Skills and Experience

Ō pūmanawa | What you will bring

  • 2+ years of personal assistance or administrative support experience for Senior Managers.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Flexible with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of te Reo Māori and an understanding and respect for Treaty of Waitangi obligations.
  • Experience working in an Arts/Cultural/Heritage/Tourism sector would be advantageous.
